We are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Yacou Traore on loan from Middlesbrough.
Traore plys his trade as a central midfielder, has been described as a 'powerful' with 'incredible physical and athletic qualities'.
The midfielder signed his first professional contract with the Boro just two months after his 18th birthday. Traore had highly impressed for the U18s, playing under Lee Cattermole, making 42 appearances in the U18 Premier League before moving up to the U21s, where has since made 17 appearances.
Impressing so much for the youth ranks, Traore has also featured for the Boro first-team at just 18-years-old , playing in a 2-0 friendly win against Hibernian in 2022.
Taking the no.22 shirt, Traore goes straight into the match-day squad to face Hemel Hempstead.
