THE CONTEXT
Wealdstone made it four league wins on the bounce after a tight 1-0 win over Altrincham on the weekend that propelled the Stones to their highest league position in over 30 years as they sit in 3rd place in the National League. FC Halifax are coming off of a two-week layoff after the entire squad and staff have been isolating following a COVID-19 outbreak at the club which had saw this fixture originally postponed. This will be the first time the two sides will meet.
TEAM NEWS
Charlie Wakefield continues his three-match suspension and Charlee Hughes and Adel Gafaiti remain out on loan.

WHAT WAS SAID?
Dean Brennan: “They will be in training Monday after two weeks off due to COVID, they are a good side with lots of speed and they are obviously very seasoned at this level."
WHO TO WATCH FOR
Neill Byrne: The 27-year-old is an experienced National League defender and is currently in his sixth successive season at this level after spells at AFC Telford United, Macclesfield Town, Gateshead and AFC Fylde, narrowly missing out on promotion and winning the FA Trophy at the latter. The Irish centre-back makes the first team spot his own at any club he goes to at this level and will provide a physical challenge to Stones' attacking threat.
HEAD-TO-HEAD
The two sides have never met before, both as FC Halifax Town and their former guise Halifax Town.
