LOAN NEWS | Bird returns to Dons

Attacker Jay Bird has returned to parent club Milton Keynes Dons following the completion of his loan spell.

The 21-year old forward made 10 appearances during his stay with the Stones, scoring once in the FA Cup defeat to Dagenham & Redbridge.

He was thrown straight back into the action for the Dons, playing in their 1-0 defeat to Charlton Athletic last night in the Papa John's Trophy.

We thank Jay for his efforts at the club and wish him all the best as he returns to MK Dons in League One.
