LOAN NEWS | Dom heads to Slough

Writer: Will BeamanWill Beaman

Wealdstone forward Dom Hutchinson has joined National League South side Slough Town on loan until 1st January 2024.

The versatile wide player joins Slough looking to get more game time under his belt, having seen his minutes depleted after picking up an injury in the first game of pre-season, but is now back at full fitness and was on the bench in Monday's defeat at home to Dagenham & Redbridge.

Prior to joining the Stones, the 21-year-old had a successful loan spell in the division before, when he scored eight times in 30 appearances at Eastbourne Borough in the 21/22 season on loan from Watford.

Hutchinson featured 25 times for the Stones last campaign, being utilised in a number of different positions by Stuart Maynard. His first goal for the club came in the Stones 2-2 draw with Dorking Wanderers, whilst being played as a striker, at the back-end of last season.

We wish Dom the best of luck on his four-month loan spell.
