New date for home game with Chesterfield

Our National League home game against Chesterfield has been rescheduled for Tuesday, January 10, 7.45pm KO at Grosvenor Vale.

The original match with The Spierites on Tuesday, November 8 was postponed after a referee's inspection deemed the pitch to be unplayable following days of wet weather.

In consultation with the National League and our opponents, the game will now take place on January 10 – following the home game with Eastleigh on Saturday, January 7 and before the home fixture with Oldham on Tuesday, January, 17.

Ticket details will be released nearer the time.

Chesterfield won the fixture between the two sides back in April. The visitors broke the deadlock through Jamie Grimes on 43 minutes, Josh Umerah equalised seven minutes into the second half before substitute Joe Quigley won it for The Spierites with 22 minutes left.
