NEW DEAL | Alex Dyer commits another year
Wealdstone midfielder Alex Dyer has put pen-to-paper on a new one-year deal at Grosvenor Vale.
The 32-year old midfielder has made 196 appearances, scoring 35 times across two spells at the club and will look to add his name to the elite double-centurion list at the club next season.
Speaking on the reliable midfielder's new deal, Stones boss Stuart Maynard said: "It's brilliant to have Alex on board again for this upcoming season.
"Alex is someone who not only offers a lot on the pitch, but his influence off it is monumental. He believes in how we work from his previous time under Graham Potter in Sweden, and the help he gives the young lads that we have is vital to their progression.
"He is going to be a big part of the club moving forwards and it's great to have him here."
The midfielder also spent time in the Caribbean on international duty this summer where he remained joint-top cap holder for Montserrat with three appearances in the CONCACAF Nations League, taking his total up to 21.
