Wealdstone FC announce pre-season friendly with Watford U23's

Wealdstone FC are delighted to announce another pre-season friendly ahead of the 2019/20 season, the Stones will face the Watford Under-23's on Saturday 20th July.

The Stones have never competed against the Hornets in a competitive competition, however, we beat the Under-23's 1-0 ahead of the 2017/18 season and there were over 1,300 at Grosvenor Vale when we drew 1-1 with the Watford first team before the 2012/13 season.

Venue: Grosvenor Vale, Ruislip, HA4 6JQ

Date: Saturday 20th July, 3pm kick-off

Admission Prices: £8 Adults, £4 Concessions, £2 Under-18s

Entry can also be gained on the day of the game at the turnstiles for the same prices listed, however, please note that it is CASH ONLY at the turnstiles.

Parking: Free parking is provided at the ground however, please be aware that you car will be on grass. Parking is available at Ruislip Manor tube station which is a 5-minute walk from the ground.

Getting to Grosvenor Vale:

You can get to The Vale by the various public transport links nearby. The Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines serve at both Ruislip station and Ruislip Manor station (for Watford fans travelling from Watford Underground station, both Ruislip & Ruislip Manor stations operate on the same Uxbridge route of the Metropolitan line).

The Central line operates to Ruislip Gardens station via the West Ruislip route. Alighting at Ruislip Gardens station will be a 12 to 15-minute walk to Grosvenor Vale; the E7 bus to Ruislip is also available from Ruislip Gardens station, you will need to alight at Grosvenor Vale bus stop.
