Wealdstone FC announce pre-season friendly with Wycombe Wanderers

Wealdstone FC are delighted to announce another pre-season friendly ahead of the 2019/20 season, the Stones will face the first team of League One side Wycombe Wanderers on Tuesday 23rd July.

The last time the Stones met the U's was in July 2015 for a friendly at Grosvenor Vale which Wycombe Wanderers won 3-1 with a squad featuring former Stone Luke O'Nien.

The Stones beat Wycombe Wanderers in February 1985 at Lower Mead on their FA Trophy run which led to Wealdstone winning the competition.

Venue: Grosvenor Vale, Ruislip, HA4 6JQ

Date: Tuesday 23rd July, 7:30pm kick-off

Entry can also be gained on the day of the game at the turnstiles for the same prices listed, however, please note that it is CASH ONLY at the turnstiles.

Parking: Free parking is provided at the ground however, please be aware that you car will be on grass. Parking is available at Ruislip Manor tube station which is a 5-minute walk from the ground.

Getting to Grosvenor Vale:

You can get to The Vale by the various public transport links nearby. The Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines serve at both Ruislip station and Ruislip Manor station (for Watford fans travelling from Watford Underground station, both Ruislip & Ruislip Manor stations operate on the same Uxbridge route of the Metropolitan line).

The Central line operates to Ruislip Gardens station via the West Ruislip route. Alighting at Ruislip Gardens station will be a 12 to 15-minute walk to Grosvenor Vale; the E7 bus to Ruislip is also available from Ruislip Gardens station, you will need to alight at Grosvenor Vale bus stop.
