We are delighted to announce that experienced Sports Therapist, Georgie Turner, has joined the Stones as Club Physiotherapist, from Hemel Hempstead Town.
Georgie will work with the First-Team and provide support for the Stones Academy teams and U23s side.
Joining the Stones with a wealth of experience already, Georgie began her career at Maidenhead United in 2019, spending three years with the Magpies as a Second Sports Therapist, whilst simultaneously working within Brentford’s Academy programme as Head of Medical.
Georgie made the step up to Head of Physio at Weymouth in July 2023 before joining Hemel Hempstead Town at the beginning of the 24/25 season, spending the majority of this campaign with the National League South club.
With the departure of Michael Owen last week, Georgie gets to work immediately and will be in the dugout with the First-Team at our Vanarama National League clash v Tamworth tomorrow evening.
