SUPPORTER INFO | Rochdale (H)
Wealdstone return to Vanarama National League action on Saturday hosting Rochdale at Grosvenor Vale.
Saturday's match will be the first time the two sides have met, with Rochdale ending their 102-year stay in the EFL following their relegation at the end of last season.
They've adapted to life in non-league well so far, with new manager Jimmy McNulty's side currently sitting just outside the play-off positions, four points and eight positions above the Stones who are in 17th.
Things you need to know:
Remembrance Day
The game will be our dedicated Remembrance Day fixture, as we pay our respects to our fallen servicemen and women. We ask that supporters are in the ground prior to kick-off, for a minute’s silence and the playing of the Last Post.
Turnstiles and segregation
Turnstiles will open at 1.45pm. The match will be segregated with Rochdale supporters allocated the MODU Stand for seating and the Hawthorne Terrace & Shots Stand for standing.
Rochdale fans must enter the stadium through the away turnstiles which are clearly signposted at the entrance to Grosvenor Vale.
We encourage all fans to purchase tickets in advance, but any Rochdale supporters who wish to purchase a ticket at the ground should purchase one at the ticket box at the entrance to Grosvenor Vale where cash and card payments are accepted.
Clubhouse
The Vale Social Club within the Grosvenor Vale stadium complex will be open to both Wealdstone and Rochdale supporters pre-match all of whom are invited to sample some of the finest beverages on sale, all at competitive prices. The Club will be open from 12 noon.
Post-match The Vale will remain open for Wealdstone supporters only with the Man of the Match award being presented.
Food & Refreshments
A full food menu provided by our award-winning match day caterers DDs is available to all supporters and a wide range of options are offered.
Tickets
Tickets will be available to purchase at the home turnstiles for Wealdstone fans only and both cash and credit cards are accepted.
We encourage all fans to purchase online in advance where tickets can be purchased for a discount and to minimise queuing time at the stadium.
Merchandise
The award winning matchday programme will be available to purchase at the entrance to the Grosvenor Vale site and at various points outside the stadium, both the Kelme Club Shop and the new Supporters Club Megastore will be fully stocked and open pre-match and at half time.
Car Parking & Public Transport
The Field Car Park at Grosvenor Vale is now closed for the winter and therefore parking will be street only or at various public car parks nearby. We encourage all fans to travel to the game by public transport.
Grosvenor Vale has great access to local railway and underground stations: Ruislip and Ruislip Manor are both on the Metropolitan Line and Piccadilly Line; whilst West Ruislip and Ruislip Gardens are on the Central Line. West Ruislip is also on the Chiltern Main line out of London Marylebone. Ruislip station & Ruislip Manor are just over 5 minute walk away from Grosvenor Vale, while Ruislip Gardens is around a 10 minute walk.
Access to the main car park at the Grosvenor Vale stadium is limited to Wealdstone players and officials only. Any vehicle attempting to gain access to the main stadium car park who has not had prior authorisation by the clubs General Manager will be turned away by the stewards.
Access to Grosvenor Vale for any vehicle will cease at 2.30pm with the entire area becoming pedestrianised to allow fans on foot to arrive safely to the stadium.
For fans who chose to drive and park in local residential side streets, please park legally, do not block driveways and keep off the curb. Always ensure there is space for emergency vehicles if they need to get access to any side streets.
And last but not least, we sincerely hope that both sets of fans enjoy the game!
