We take a look across the club for this upcoming week, including schedules for both the First Team and Academy.
MONDAY
Kicking off the week with Academy action when our U23s take on FCV International U23s at home in the National Youth League.
An unfortunate defeat to League Leaders Procision Oxford U23s, just two weeks ago, left the Young Stones seven points adrift of top spot. However, the Stones still sit second in the table.
TUESDAY
A quick turnaround for the first-team, who face Tamworth in the Vanarama National League at Grosvenor Vale at 19:45.
Another crucial game for the Stones, who are looking to create some breathing space from the relegation zone with three points.
Tuesday’s fixture is our game in hand on Maidenhead United, who sit one place lower than the Stones, only behind on goal difference.
Tamworth sit 15th in the National League coming off the back of a late 1-0 loss to Barnet on Saturday.
Tickets for tomorrow’s fixture are available HERE
WEDNESDAY
More Academy action on Wednesday with three U19s fixtures across the day.
National Youth League action to kick off the day with the Stones taking on St Albans U19s at home.
In the Tactic League, the Academy U19s take on Promise Academy at home whilst the Young Stones travel to face Oaklands in the ECFA.
THURSDAY
By Thursday Neil Gibson will have two Stones games played under his management.
We’ll be speaking to Neil ahead of Saturday’s National League fixture and catching up with him on his time at the club so far.
As always, the interview will be available to view on our YouTube channel or through the link provided on our social media channels.
FRIDAY
Rounding off the week’s Academy fixtures with more action for the U19s in the Tactic League. They take on West Herts away from home.
SATURDAY
Rounding off the week with another crucial home fixture for the Stones First Team when they face play off chasing Gateshead at 3pm.
Looking to bounce back from a narrow 1-0 defeat in the reverse fixture back in October, the Stones will be desperate to come away with all three points in their bid for National League survival.
